At Swan Family Travel, we believe your vacation should be seamless, personalized, and stress-free. Our Professional Service Fees reflect the time, expertise, and support we provide from the moment you start planning until after you return home. These fees ensure you receive expert guidance, transparent recommendations, and ongoing support throughout your journey.

All fees are plus HST and non-refundable. They are in addition to supplier charges from airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators.

Hotel Only	From $60 per booking	Standalone hotel reservations.
Custom / Independent Travel Planning (FIT)	From $250 per booking	Tailored itineraries, multi-destination trips, or complex planning.
Group Travel (8+ passengers)	From $300 per booking	Includes coordination, contracts, and supplier negotiations.
Changes After Deposit	From $75 per change	Applies to tickets, hotels, or itineraries.
Cancellation Fee	From $100 per booking	Applies when a client cancels after confirmation; covers time and administrative work already invested.
